An ethnologist and service designer, currently working at COI, researching the experiences and needs of Polish citizens regarding digital services provided by the government. A qualitative researcher with experience in the Mixed Methods approach – in recent years, she has focused on “Głos pracownika” research in organizations. She is also a facilitator of meetings and workshops and resides in Olsztyn.

Privately, she is the mother of a wild girl, an aspiring herbalist, and a triathlete.
