Christiane is a seasoned IT-imposter, even though she brings over 15 years of experience in the software industry to the table.

She started out as a product manager for mobile internet products and launched the first iOS app built inhouse at a large German telco. Coming from a media management background, the computer science drop-out worked her way into understanding complicated legacy IT systems and how to shape digital customer retention products in a complex system landscape. Throughout her career, she switched between product and people/process-focused roles in Scrum teams and different industries, always keeping the customer front and center.

Driven by curiosity and seeking to understand how things work, she is as a passionate servant leader who helps her Scrum teams perform at their best and inspires growth. Constantly dreading the day someone in the organization finds out that she is actually not that knowledgeable or skilled enough to belong here…

Empowering others to overcome barriers and help them find their own route to success is a topic close to her heart. Christiane advocates for girls and women in tech, shares her experience and creates awareness for mental health and neurodiversity. In her spare time, the trained yoga instructor enjoys traveling, spending time on the water and making other people smile.
