A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, a legal doctoral seminar, and LL.M. studies in International Commercial Law at the L. Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw, as well as postgraduate studies Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) conducted by the Higher School of Management in Warsaw and Apsley Business School of London. She holds the title of legal counsel and compliance certificates (ACO, ACE) awarded by the Compliance Institute in cooperation with the Viadrina Compliance Center (European Viadrina University in Frankfurt (Oder)). She is currently in the process of obtaining a doctoral degree in management and quality sciences based on the dissertation entitled “Risk management of non-compliance in companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A.”

Since 2017, as a director, she supervised the areas of compliance, risk, business continuity, AML, and internal control at GPW, and led the advisory GPW Committee for Compliance.

She gained extensive experience in the regulated industry, including in the Citi Group and Orange Polska, and also as the Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of GPW Benchmark S.A.

Since August 2022, she also serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board of BondSpot S.A.

She is the winner of the Rising Business Star competition of the Rzeczpospolita newspaper and a finalist in the Excellence in Compliance Awards – CCO/CECO of the year 2022 – Compliance Week (US). Awarded the title of Financial Services Chairperson of the Year 2021 (Europe) by CEO Monthly magazine – (UK).
