An MBA graduate, she’s also an alumna of Business Trainer Academy and holds degrees in Production Management and Human Resource Management. As a certified Business Trainer and Coach, she’s accredited in various psychometric tools such as OPQ(SHL) and Extended Disc. She serves on the Executive Education Advisory Board at Koźmiński Executive Business School, lectures on MBA courses, and is a faculty member at Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw. With nearly two decades of professional experience, her journey spans managerial roles in production and B2B sales, consulting in sectors like FMCG and IT, and transition from Business to HR, reflecting her expertise in Lean Management.
