Magdalena Dziewguć is a manager with 20+ years of experience in the new technologies sector. She has been working for Google since 2014 establishing Enterprise Services business for the internet giant. She has led the team to opening the first public cloud region in Warsaw and settling Google Cloud Poland – local entity of Google Cloud. Before that she was a VP of Exatel SA and a member of a number of supervisory boards. Since the year 2000, she co-created a telecommunications services market for online business for companies such as Orange and Plus.
Magda’s expertise focuses on new technologies and their impact on business processes within organisations. She is an expert in the fields of innovation, restructuring and building the culture of engagement and partnership.
She is one of the rare experts in Digital Transformation in CEE. She was designing and leading digital transformations for many companies in the region.
She is the author and co-founder of Digital University project – the largest social education project developing digital skills in Poland .
She is also author and co-founder of LiderSHE Association Poland. First professional leaders-women networking organization in Poland.
She actively works on projects which develop the presence of women in the public sphere.
