Nathalie Noupadja has over 14 years of working experience in European public affairs, leading multicultural and multidisciplinary teams, managing interdepartmental relations and the collaboration with multiple contractors and stakeholders. Nathalie conducts and coordinates research relevant for local and regional governments, translates research into useful and strategic tools, facilitates knowledge-exchange and innovative gatherings. She is highly experienced in facilitating workshops, convincing, presenting complex ideas clearly, conducting interviews, collecting data, consolidating and analysing information.
