In my current workplace I started as a 1 person team supporting users in salesforce. During my 8 year journey in Craftware, I managed to build 18 people support team, and now I am the Team Manager responsible for 2 well-formed and effective teams who provide services for HLS customers.

Additionally, I have been leading internal projects which aim to enhance our daily workplace, information flow in the company or cooperation between different units.

I am a visionary, I like to create the reality, think of new solutions, improve and challenge the status quo. I also am not afraid to say what I think, keeping in mind what’s best for business.
