Piotr Krawczyk – an experienced and highly regarded IT manager who has been associated with the banking sector for over a decade. His journey in IT began with his studies at the Warsaw University of Technology at the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology, specializing in Decision Support Systems. He has worked in IT companies specializing in custom software development and technology consulting.

Since 2011, he has been affiliated with PKO Bank Polski, where he served as the Director of the Sales Applications Development and Support Department. In this role, he was responsible for implementing BPM and CRM, including data analytics solutions. Currently, he holds the position of Director of Application Development and Maintenance Division. Among the technological areas under his supervision, the notable ones include leading electronic channels in the market (IKO, iPKO), cloud solutions (Road2Cloud strategy), and advanced data analytics solutions based on machine learning. He is a pioneer in the use of Agile methodologies and DevSecOps concepts, which form the foundation of the Digital Transformation carried out at PKO Bank Polski. He is currently responsible for the Bank’s 2023-25 technology strategy.
