Manager with almost 20 years of experience in the financial industry, gained in the biggest Polish bank. She started her career as an IT operator and worked through multiple assignments across technical and management areas. Having a Masters degree in IT and postgraduate studies from the Warsaw School of Economics she fully understands the needs and challenges of the organizations including effective change management and digital transformations.
