Róża Szafranek – Founder & CEO of HR Hints, the first HR boutique in a subscription model. An HR expert with psychological and managerial experience. A leader in the tech industry, she co-founded startups with successful exits (including an acquisition by FedEx worth $228 million) and IPOs.

Together with her team, Róża supported more than 80 companies in two years, teaching leaders how to run organizations based on engaged people who deliver. She was honored, among others, on the 100 Women 2022 list by Forbes, 100 most inspiring women of the CEE startup ecosystem according to Vestbee VC, and 23 Women of the Year 2023 by My Company Polska.

 She is the author of the book “Culturivy: The Power of Changing a Workplace”, which describes her proprietary method of building organizational cultures, an academic lecturer, the author of the first online course in Poland dedicated to IT recruitment, and the founder of a community for HR – Culturivy Platform for HR.
