Sylwia Michalska has 15 years of experience in the IT sector. She started her adventure in the industry from the Project Management Office (PMO), then as a business and systems analyst, she gained experience in companies such as Orange and PKP PLK. Her competencies are confirmed by certifications including Prince2, Requirements Engineering (IREB), Agile. She is also a certified Scrum Master.

For the past 2 years, she has coordinated the IT Systems Modeling and Analysis team at Totalizator Sportowy. Her team is involved in the preparation of business and system analyses including the design of IT systems. She has experience in such projects as CRM, ERP, Integration Platform, Data Governance.
