Director for Digital Trade Policy & International Affairs, DIGITAL EUROPE

Tsai-wei Chao-Muller is Director for Digital Trade Policy & International Affairs at DIGITALEUROPE.

Prior to joining DIGITALEUROPE in Brussels, Tsai-wei was based in Tokyo, working at the largest government affairs and public policy consultancy firm in Japan, GR Japan. In her role, she advised companies and governmental institutions on digital policies and regulations.

Before that, Tsai-wei was Global Trade Policy Director with the ArcelorMittal Group, working on policy files both at the EU and global level, based in Luxembourg and Paris.

Tsai-wei also worked at the Directorate-General for External Trade in the European Commission. She holds an advanced masters, cum laude, in European Politics and Policies from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.
