Kinga Gruszecka
Expert of the Polish Space Agency and President of the Association of Polish Space Sector Professionals. Connected with the space sector since 2016. From 2019 to 2021, she served as the director of the POLSA Education Department, dealing with topics related to training staff for the space sector, inspiration through space exploration, satellite communication, Earth observation, and many others. Awarded the title of Hope of the Polish Space Sector in the Constellations competition (2019) and TOP100 Space & Aerospace Professionals to follow on Linkedin (2023) as well as the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship (2023). She completed her Bachelor’s studies in international relations and cultural studies and holds a Master’s degree in management. She was a scholarship recipient of the Georgia Rotary Student Programme and the Erasmus Programme. She completed postgraduate studies in LeaderShe at the Leon Koźmiński Academy, during which she worked on inclusive organizational culture. At LKA, she also lectured in postgraduate studies concerning entrepreneurship in the space sector
